Initial Consulation

The foundation of the relationships we aim to build begins here. In an initial meeting with us, you'll have the opportunity to express your wants and needs. At this stage, budget considerations are not our focus; rather, we want to understand your vision for your home and how you imagine it functioning for your family and lifestyle. Our approach involves engaging in a positive, informative, and well-organized dialogue. We're here to listen, ask questions, and ensure the process revolves around you.

EARLY PLANNING STAGE

If you are building a home from scratch, we will assist you in finding and securing the ideal lot. You can choose a lot from our inventory, enlist us to find a lot for you or build on a lot you’ve already purchased. Once we've gathered your initial information and location, we'll draft preliminary designs and concepts based on your collected ideas and the vision you've shared with us. Together, we’ll discuss the functionality of your home and various other aspects that will shape our journey.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT + DOCUMENTATION

Throughout a series of design meetings, you’ll work with our interior architecture team - or bring in your own – to configure your home, tailored exactly to your wants and needs. We will produce a set of comprehensive construction documents with design details and specifications, providing precise dimensions and materials. After establishing the "bones", our designer collaborates with you to refine your selections, resulting in a complete palette for each room.

CONSTRUCTION

With our “guidebook” intact, we take charge of building or remodeling your home using the best construction practices. You will have a managed team of professional tradespeople responsible for all the different facets, from getting the ground ready to crafting the finest interior detail. Utilizing our construction management software, Buildertrend, provides you with a centralized hub granting 24/7 access to construction documents, a project schedule, and continuous communication with both our internal and field team members every step of the way.

PROJECT COMPLETION + FOLLOW-UP

We pride ourselves in finishing our projects on the day we commit to early in the process. Our clients have been universally thrilled on the "big day." To ensure your peace of mind, our follow-up commitment is explicitly outlined in the contract so you know from the very beginning that you have a builder who will be on call to handle anything that might come up.
